How do I purchase a ticket for the forum?
Head to the Catalog page, choose your preferred ticket tier, and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with all access details within minutes.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. Partial refunds may be issued closer to the date. Contact our support team via the Contact page to request one.
Is the venue accessible for all attendees?
Yes. Our venue is fully ADA compliant with ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, and reserved seating. Please indicate any requirements during registration.
Do you record sessions?
All main-stage talks are recorded and made available to ticket holders within 48 hours after the event. Breakout sessions are not recorded unless explicitly noted.
What is the code of conduct?
We expect all attendees to treat each other with respect. Harassment or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal. Full policy is listed on the Terms page.
Can I purchase group or corporate tickets?
Yes. We offer discounted group rates starting at five tickets. Reach out via the Contact page for a custom invoice and reserved seating arrangements.
How do I become a speaker or partner?
Applications for speakers and sponsors open quarterly. Submit your proposal through the Fallows page or email [email protected] with your background and topic outline.
